We do not push trainees to enter the ring. This is the wrong method for combat sports. We ensure that if and when you want to enter the ring, you are ready for it.
Some people learn boxing, Muay Thai or kickboxing for enjoyment, while others study them for defence. Either way, striking principles are similar, and learning them properly is essential.
Training one-on-one is, as the name suggests, is a chance to truly personalise your experience. Our tailored approach is highly sophisticated and involves:
